Good product, slow expensive delivery, sleepy service

Boots are fine. But £6.95 for a 7-day delivery timescale is poor. Should have been 48hrs max. O'Neill will almost certainly say it's out of their hands and down to the courier. But when I 'reached out' to their support, the time they took to respond to that was also very slow (a few days). I would always consider O'Neill for quality wetsuits etc, but slow delivery and poor service might put me off.
