Originally from Zarautz, Spain—just west of San Sebastián—Keoni Lasa was a well-known face in the local lineup from an early age. No stranger to podium finishes, the Basque surfer entered the WSL Qualifying Series and Junior Tour in 2019, steadily progressing over the years. He claimed victory at the Rip Curl Pro Anglet in 2024 and is currently leading the WSL Qualifying Series. Outside the water, Keoni is an avid skateboarder and traveller.
