With a graphic on the leg paying homage to O'Neill's founding year, the Surf State Sweatpants have a ribbed, adjustable waist and ribbed cuffs. With a semi brushed inside as well as a carbonised finish, these take cosy to the next level. A 60% cotton and 40% recycled polyester mix, they are part of our O'Neill Blue product range. We are proud to say that more than 8 out of 10 of the O’Neill Spring/Summer collection consists of O’Neill Blue product - and we won’t stop there.
